Shipping Time
We care about your order!
We aim to process your order within 3-4 business days* as we will perform thorough quality check and make sure the whole packaging is safe to go. Total delivery time wil be 3-4 business day plus the mentioned shipping time shown in checkout*. We are currently unable to ship to P.O. boxes. To ensure timely delivery of your order, please be sure to provide an accurate shipping address. Please spell out the destination city and avoid abbreviations, misspellings, and typos, as these can cause delays in delivery.
*Faster shipping option could be selected at checkout. Business days is Monday to Friday, excluding any federally recognized holidays.
Shipping Carrier
We may choose to use another carrier different from the carrier shown during checkout. The purpose of this is usually to shorten the shipping time and enhance the overall customer experience.
Changing Your Shipping Address After Placing an Order
If you realize you have made an error with your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately by email (support@oraorahome.com). We will do our best to help you adjust your address before your order is shipped.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is only available for the lowest-cost shipping option at checkout. Customers who choose expedited or premium shipping methods will be charged the applicable shipping fee.
Multiple Addresses & Combining Orders
We do not currently support shipping to multiple addresses within a single order. If you need to ship items to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each address. Please note that shipping fees and taxes (if applicable) will apply to each separate order. We cannot guarantee that multiple orders can be combined into a single shipment. If you wish to group your items together, you can cancel your existing orders and place a new order for all the items you want to purchase.
Customs Duties and Sales Taxes
Duties and taxes (when applicable) are calculated after you enter your shipping information at checkout. Please review your order total before placing your order.
Delivery Status
When you place an order you will get a confirmation email once the order is confirmed. Once the order has been handed over to our shipping courier, you will get a shipped email, which includes the shipping carrier, tracking number, and a link to track the order status. You can check the delivery status of your order on the courier's tracking website. If you haven't received your order, or if you encounter any other problems, please contact us immediately (support@oraorahome.com). We will investigate the issue and work with the courier to resolve any delivery problems as quickly as possible.
For orders shipped to third-party or freight shipping companies, we are not liable for late deliveries or items that may arrive missing or damaged.
