Returns

Should you find your purchase less than satisfactory, we kindly invite you to send it back to us via post within a 14-day period from the purchase date for a refund to your initial payment method. Kindly ensure that the item is in its original condition - new or gently used condition, with all tags, parts, and accessories intact. Sets/bundles are sold as-is, and products cannot be substituted, customized, and/or returned individually. Products marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

We regret that we are unable to cover return shipping costs or refund the original shipping fee and applicable duties and taxes on international orders. We will not accept any unpaid returns.

Steps for returning an order:

  1. Contact us to receive return instructions and information.
  2. Ship us the returned item(s) with the original packaging, including any associated free products or gifts, and a return form along with the returned order.
  3. Once we have received your package, it may take us between 5 to 10 days to process the refund. Your refund will be issued in the original form of payment within 7 to 14 business days (sometimes up to 30 days due to different banks processing speeds and policies).


*Please note that business days are defined as Monday to Friday and do not include federal holidays as observed in US and Canada.



Exchanges

We are unable to offer exchanges, but we are glad to assist you in returning your order and completing a new order for the new item(s) you want.
